Here are some of the most frequent questions I’m asked about our Audio Guest Book:

  • Upon booking, DJ Callum will provide a link to our recording portal. You can easily record your message using any device, and we'll load it into your audio guest book before your event. You have until three days prior to your wedding date to submit your personalised greeting. We'll send reminders as your big day approaches. If you choose not to record one, we'll load a generic message on your behalf.

  • No need for cords or power banks. The phone comes fully charged with ample battery life for your event. DJ Callum will also have backup batteries on hand, just in case.

  • Your hire includes a 'how to leave a message' sign to guide guests through the process.

  • While many businesses offer audio guest books, booking with DJ Callum Gracie means one less supplier to manage and pay. Plus, no waiting for Australia Post to deliver the phone - Callum will bring it directly to your event, with a spare on hand in case of any unexpected issues.

  • Consult with your venue contact to find the best spot. We recommend a central location that's not hidden, yet positioned away from the DJ or venue speakers to maintain an ideal volume. Suggestions include the bar, a wine barrel or cocktail table, next to your wishing well, or alongside your photo booth props.

  • Easy then – let us know you’re keen. Assuming the audio guest book is still available, we’ll add it to your booking and update your final invoice!
